Desired Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years experience grinding and/or polishing stainless steel
• High attention to detail
• Expertise with hand tools
• Familiarity with various grades of polishing finishes
• Must be focused on product quality with good work ethic and mechanical aptitude

Essential Job Duties

• Perform various types of polishing operations
• Perform inspections
• Maintain safe work habits
• Perform helper duties in various fabrication tasks
• Read technical drawings and blueprints
• Operate material handling equipment (cranes, lift trucks, etc.)
• Cross-Train with fellow employees, share craft knowledge and skills
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Read and follow instructions from shop work orders
